We have a new laptop computer with a 4K monitor display, and we have been told that OnDemand does not support resolutions higher than 1920 x 1080, and we are unable to find settings that will allow us to have the OnDemand window display in a usable manner. Please update OnDemand to support 4K monitors.

Hi Lynn,

ACS in the OnDemand environment will support up to 125% medium fonts. This setting should make the OnDemand screens large enough to work with. ACS does not support resolutions higher than 1920 x 1080 and making this type of change is a bigger project putting this outside the scope of work planned for our desktop/OnDemand ACS products.

Hopefully changing to 125% will work for you on this monitor.

Thank you for the reply, Rebekah. I'm sad to hear that our products will not be updated to include new technology.  When you say "current ACS Products" - does that include Realm?

Hi Lynn. I wish that I could have a different answer for the ACS OnDemand product. Since Realm is a complete web-based product, it should work with different size monitors because it is dependent on your browser settings rather than workstation and Microsoft Windows settings.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Font Size within Headmaster.

We are going to replace 20 desk top pcs with new HP laptops eliteBook 1020 G1.  When loading Headmaster the fonts are extremely small and unreadable.  According to tech support the work around is lowering the screen resolution.  This is not a solution.  I think ACS needs to find a solution that is permanent.

HI Chris, Thank you for your feedback. At this time, there are no plans for changes to fonts in HeadMaster. We understand that a permanent solution would be very helpful but the only solution we can suggest is to lower the screen resolution. ACS and HeadMaster support up to 125% medium fonts.
