Payroll: it would be great to have the option to print employee labels from the payroll we just created

For every payroll, I have to manually select our 50+ employees in order to generate labels for their paystubs. ACS/Employee Label/Options shows an area called Transaction Options which looks like it would be able to print labels from a date range. However, this is grayed-out and we are unable to access this area. This would be super helpful and would save time every pay period!!

Hi Nikki,

Making the transaction options available on the Employee Labels Report Options screen is not planned. One suggestion that may help would be to multi-select employees on the Employee Search tab, then save the report with a name that lets you know the type employees that included. You can save multiple reports like this then you would only have to edit the report when an employee needs to be added or removed for that particular payroll. Hope this helps!
