New user to Access sign in needs message to use same email given for ACS People

A new user to Access ACS wants to make a gift or event payment. When creating the account, need a message to use the same email provided when becoming a member allowing the record to merge. Church only uploads member records. Or if they would be able to use a different email but add to their records (not a change request).

Hi CC,

This request is not planned for Access ACS. You are able to merge a guest user with an existing Access ACS record in Admin>Users>Guests users so that you only one record with the most up-to-date contact information.

Hi CC,

On the Sept. 2018 Access ACS release, we updated the Online Giving screen to show the current email address the individual has in Access ACS. Hope this helps. Read the release notes for details on this and other feature included in this release.
