Email Addresses Dropped when Importing from Access ACS to People Suite

I have noticed that when matching from Access ACS to people suite and merging the record, the email address does not come over to People Suite.

We experienced a similar problem. There were certain tables that needed to be cleaned out. You might check with support.

Becky - please call our support department so they can work with you to figure out why this is happening. If it truly a program issue, they will be able to get a ticket into R&D so we can get this issue corrected. Thank you.

Becky- The Web Product Lead emailed you on 5/15 asking you to contact us as we are seeing some issues in your data that is causing this problem. Please look for the email on 5/15 and give that person a call.
