Box needed to explain who to inactivate and why

Move box called Inactive to a more prominent place (I was not aware of this box until someone pointed it out to me today). Also have as an option to inactivate individual or entire family. See drop down box in Delete Individual as an example of why, including the reason. That way we could explain why they have been inactivated (mail returned, unable to contact, etc.)

I would also appreciate the opportunity to Deactivate via a mass change. As well as the ability to reverse that selection via a mass change.

You can change multiple People records to Inactive using the People Mass Change option. Make sure that you search on the records you want to make inactive then on the People Mass Change screen choose to change only those records that match your search results.

Also would like to see an option to deactivate all family members at once.

We don't plan to add an additional feature that will deactivate all family members at one time. You could use Edit Results in Searches to select all of the family members, then use People Mass Change to change all of the records to Active = D. If you need assistance with this, our support department will be happy to help.

Would like to be able to know why someone is Inactive without having to use additional field/list/dates. Right now it just shows a "D" but we would like it to be more informative so we know why they are marked Inactive - ex - moved membership or deceased
