We have lost ALL RECURRING GIFTS in Access ACS, when simply trying to stop new recurring gifts from being initiated during a transition. We unchecked the option to Allow Scheduled Giving" because the message states Allow donors to set up recurring contributions. - with no warning that ALL EXISTING GIFTS WOULD BE DELETED. Please put a detailed message under Allow Scheduled Giving as to what it means and a detailed message when unchecking the box as to what will happen if the box is unchecked.

Hi Elizabeth - I'm sorry that this happened and our R&D team will review this request to see if we can add this. I'll post an update once the review has been done.

Thank you for your request. We're happy to share that we added this warning on our Sept. 2018 Access ACS release. The complete listing of features and fixes included can be found in the release notes.
