Please modify the sync feature such that fund codes that have been made inactive in the Contributions module are removed from ACCESS ACS.
If that is no possible please give us the ability to remove fund codes from ACCESS ACS (although this would mean that a person would have to deactivate in two places: Contributions and Access)

Hi Earl,
Are you talking about being able to do something other than the following?
1. In People, go to Upload Records to Access ACS.
2. In the Export window next to Include Contributions, click on Select.
3. Here is where you select which funds upload to Access. All of your funds on listed on the left and all of the funds that upload are listed on the right. You can move them back and forth with the arrows.

Hi Charlene,
Love it when clients respond back to Get Sat posts! Keep it coming!
The issue Earl is reporting is that if the inactive fund has been uploaded to Access ACS at one time, even when you don't select that fund on the Upload Records to Access ACS screen, the inactive fund is still showing in Online Giving Setup>Funds tab>Manage Funds. This is where Earl is requesting the fund to not show up which I agree with.

I agree too.
The work around, our finance coordinator has done in the mean time, is to put a lowercase z in front of inactive fund names. It puts them all at the bottom of the list.

With the Access ACS release on June 30, 2015 inactive funds no longer display in the Online Giving Setup>Manage Funds list area.

Uploading fund codes. We have many inactive Fund codes that cannot be deleted for history purposes. We would like for them not to be uploaded but since they are can they at least be listed alphabetically so when we search for which ones we want people to see we do not have to search forever?

Hi Charlene,
Funds flagged as inactive in ACS Contributions should not be uploading to Access ACS. We released this change in June of this year. If you're still seeing inactive funds in Access ACS Online Giving Setup, please make sure that they are flagged as inactive in Add/Edit Fund Codes in ACS Contributions. If they are flagged appropriately and still showing up, please contact our support department so we can figure out why they are still uploading.
